Our Proposals
Miller Homes is proposing to develop land off Jack Lane in the southern part of Davenham, and offers a great opportunity to extend the community in the village and create much-needed housing in the area.
Our plans for Davenham will:
- Provide in the region of 60 new high-quality and sustainable homes, in a variety of styles, including bungalows
- Ensure 36% of the total number of homes will be affordable and managed by a local affordable housing provider
- Represent an investment of around £9.2 million into the local economy
- Build a sustainable community with homes for generations to come
- Create 117 new jobs during the build timeframe, directly through construction and indirectly in the wider economy
- Deliver generous landscaping provisions
- Provide financial contributions to Cheshire West and Chester Council to provide improvements to services/infrastructure in the local area
Our plans will be consulted on between Saturday 10th July – Tuesday 20th July 2021.
