Welcome to our virtual consultation on our plans to bring 337 high-quality and sustainable homes to Rainford, St Helens.
Located in this growing part of St Helens, the development will help meet housing demand for a wide range of people in the area. Our proposals include opportunities for first time buyers and local families looking to move into bigger properties the chance to purchase modern and sustainable homes in the area.
Our proposals, which include plans for 337 new homes, have been carefully considered and have accounted for many different factors in the development process. Miller Homes have taken great care to ensure that its designs are in-keeping with the character of Rainford, benefitting existing and new neighbours alike whilst creating a natural extension to the existing residential area in the south of the village.
We have designed this online public consultation to ensure that the local community has the opportunity to find out more about our plans, ask questions and submit feedback – we need your input to evolve the plans before we finalise the designs and submit a planning application.
Our plans will be consulted on between Monday 23 May and Monday 06 June 2022.
