Welcome to our virtual consultation on our plans to provide up to 120 high-quality and sustainable homes for Moulton, Cheshire.
We are looking to extend the residential community south of Niddries Lane, nearby to our Weaver Grange site, by providing up to 120 modern and sustainable homes.
This area of Cheshire is growing and the demand for quality housing is greater than ever. It is our ambition to contribute further to the community in Moulton, creating a natural extension in-keeping with the aesthetic of the village, benefitting existing and new neighbours alike.
As a result of Government advice regarding the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are not holding a traditional, face-to-face public exhibition. However, we remain committed to engaging with and listening to the local community.
We have designed this online virtual exhibition to ensure that the local community has the opportunity to find out more about our plans, ask questions and submit feedback – we need your input to evolve the plans before we finalise the designs and submit an outline planning application.
Our plans will be consulted on between Saturday 10th July – Tuesday 20th July 2021.
